MBTA, Project Management Oversight Contractor (PMOC), Boston, MA, 2006-2009. As Project Management Oversight Contractor (PMOC), Vineet performed Project Management Oversight of several major projects at the MBTA on behalf of the Federal Transit Authority (FTA) for the following projects:

Bus Program – New Flyer - Base & Option Orders - $136 million
The projects monitored by Vineet ranged from signaling, communications, and fare collection; to station management and vehicle procurement. Responsibilities included, overseeing the development and implementation of FTA’s major capital projects providing design, integration, construction, quality assurance, and startup expertise to the MBTA. These projects were often large and complex and required regular monitoring of the Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) and Project Management Plans (PMPs). Vineet also performed Risk analysis and Transit Capacity using latest FTA guidelines for Silver Line Phase III.
