Traction Power and Public Address (PA) Systems Assessment, Santa Clara Valley Transport Authority (VTA), San Jose, CA, 2007-2007. As Communications Lead, Vineet conducted a study on the existing PA system.  He was also instrumental in integrating the findings of Overhead Catenary System (OCS) and Traction Power Substations in the final report.
